Conditions of Use

These conditions apply to chesskopyl-books.com.ua, the Kopyl Chess chess-book shop. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Books and their condition

Most of our books are old editions, often a single copy. The photos and description show the book you will receive. Major defects, such as missing pages, are stated in the description. If you have a question about a book's condition, email us before ordering.

Prices

Prices are in hryvnias. The euro amount next to a price is an approximation at the current rate, for reference; you pay the price in hryvnias. Delivery is not included in the price; we will tell you its cost by email.

Orders

Online payment is not connected to the site yet. An order you place is a request: we check that the book is available and email you to agree on payment and delivery. The purchase is made once we have confirmed the order by email and you have paid for it. If the book is no longer available, we will tell you and charge nothing.

Delivery and returns

Delivery and returns are described on the Delivery & returns page.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give and for keeping your password to yourself. We may block an account used to break these conditions.

Site content

The site's texts, photographs and design may not be copied for commercial use without our consent. The chess problems of the Chess Dice belong to their composers; we name the composer and the source of each.

Mistakes on the site

We take care that descriptions and prices are accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a mistake affects your order, we will let you know, and you may return the order.

Changes to these conditions

We may change these conditions; an order placed is governed by the conditions in force when it was placed. These conditions do not limit your rights as a consumer under the law of Ukraine.
