The album contains the best works of Ukrainian problemists for the five-year period from 1996 to 2000. №№ 1-516 were selected based on the results of judges' reports and have qualifying force. №№ 517-546 - additions - have no qualifying force. The judging teams consisted of world-renowned problemists with extensive judicial practice from Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. Passing score - 5.5 or 6.0 was determined by the director of the Album.
