The book of the international grandmaster A. Konstantinopolsky and the master V. Lepeshkin is devoted to an interesting open beginning - the Vienna opening - a sharp, multi-faceted and little studied debut. Of interest is the authors' attempt to give a modern positional interpretation of many old schemes of this debut. At the end of the book are the most sighificant games played with this opening.
